It’s always the last (highest loss) of train/dev that we are interested in. But these values are really high. Under 100 is normal. And in the < 30 in the end.
Read about dropout somewhere, you have to find the right value. 0.4 might be better for you.

Don’t change the original one if you don’t know what you are doing. Don’t change the provided alphabet.txt.
In general, your training looks bad. Could be the dropout and alphabet. But my guess is that you have too few material for too much information you want to detect.
