Hello we have submitted our Add-on for review over month ago.

It is not even reviewed all other web browser have approved us.
What is causing this ?

there are a lot of us in the same boat, but theres no info coming out from mozilla about whats going on. As far as i can figure out, they possibly have a staff shortage and not much money to afford new staff, and theres not enough volunteers either to help review all the add-ons, as they have a big increase in the number of submitted add-ons, and not enough resources to carry through their non-scalable policy of manually reviewing all extensions
