Hey @david40. To be honest, I don’t know what add-on you’re referring to or what you mean by “disabling.” If you can share more information, I might be able to help.
If you have the add-on installed, the “Extension ID” from about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox page would the most helpful to look into this. Alternatively, sharing details that appear when you click through on the add-on in the about:addons page could also help.
