Please help us understand where we stand and let us know how we should improve!

Hello amazing Reps,

Last May in the 17th, we organized a local swag survey in India. We’ve been doing local swag production in India since late 2016, so it’s a good time to re-assess how people feel about the initiative.

Through this, I would like to share with you the result of the survey. You can check the visual report here.

Firstly, the total number of respondents was 27 from the survey that was opened for a week. It’s not a high number indeed, especially if we compare to 92 total Reps in India. I hope we can get more respondents in the future.

The result of Net Promoter Score is 11.11 which is considered good. But if we deep dive in the categories: swag type, quality, and shipping, the result varies. The majority of people (29.6%) vote 3 for swag type, which mean they just somewhat satisfied. For quality of the swag though, more respondent (33%) are tend to be unsatisfied. Many of them indicate t-shirts as a major quality downgrade. And in contrary to that, majority people (33%) vote for 5 on shipping satisfaction which indicate they’re super happy about it.

The time rating tend to be stable with a highlight on the shipping aspect. Again, the same amount of majority vote (33%) were reported to be satisfied with the shipping time.

Another highlight from the feedback is that we need to increase diversity in distribution, transparency and quality of the swag. So as a starter to improve transparency aspect, we decided to create a live report of the warehouse stock that people can refer to when request for the swag. The report is accessible here (don’t forget to click refresh to get the latest data).

Local swag initiative has been proven to reduce delay in the shipping process (a major complain from the previous swag survey in 2017). Let’s talk if you want to set up a local swag initiative in your community.

Thanks for everyone who has been participated in the survey!
