I don’t want to switch to chrome to use this add-on, google is evil
Mozilla usually removes addons only if they are malicious.
It’s very likely that the author of the addon removed it from the store due to changes in Twitter.
It’s best to ask the author directly what’s happened, this should be him:

“theres lot of stuff but one of them is to use original bundles from libraries, yet a lot of libraries used in oldtwitter either dont provide official bundles at all or need modifications to work inside extension context, so its impossible to fix it”
