Reps by "Joined Reps Program" year

In a call today I got tempted to find out how long the Reps Mentors have already been in the program. As others might be interested in that, I’ll share that here as well (without names, that exercise is left to you if you need to know that).

38 Mentors in total
┌─────────┬────────┐
│ Year │ Values │
├─────────┼────────┤
│ 2011 │ 13 │
│ 2012 │ 7 │
│ 2013 │ 4 │
│ 2014 │ 3 │
│ 2015 │ 6 │
│ 2016 │ 2 │
│ 2017 │ 3 │
└─────────┴────────┘

And then, why stop with mentors, here’s the same with all Reps:

219 Reps in total
┌─────────┬────────┐
│ Year │ Values │
├─────────┼────────┤
│ 2011 │ 27 │
│ 2012 │ 19 │
│ 2013 │ 25 │
│ 2014 │ 23 │
│ 2015 │ 33 │
│ 2016 │ 20 │
│ 2017 │ 36 │
│ 2018 │ 13 │
│ 2019 │ 16 │
│ 2020 │ 7 │
└─────────┴────────┘

So cool, I love data!

Interesting!

Why did we stop on-boarding new mentors?

Note that the year is when the mentor joined the Reps program, not when they became a mentor.
