At this point I doubt if anyone in the team is looking at the postings on this forum but here goes.
4 days ago the reviewer of the addon I uploaded asked for the source code and I uploaded it and added instructions to generate the final output.
I also asked him to delete that same addon from another account to which I have lost access.
Also, I had many of my users report the old addon to avoid confusion when the new one is uploaded.
However, none of this seems to get any attention. Mozilla ignores the issue, any procedure in the firefox addon marketplace seems to fall on deaf ears and the only thing I am asking for is not even to recover the account I lost, just to delete an addon and upload another one.
It’s not that hard really, these things happen, can someone help me?
