I've been a Mozilla Community member for 10 years now - I started doing user testing and SUMO, then was a Student Rep and a Rep. Additionally, I've been a Mozilla employee for almost three years, first as a PR intern, then a Brand Engagement contractor followed by a Brand Engagement Coordinator. Currently, I'm a Senior Coordinator and Project Manager on the Engagement team, specializing in Communications and Creative Management. I'm also the community steward/architect of the new Mozilla community design group (soon to be launched), the Mozilla Creative Collective.

We've gone through a lot of Community models and changes over the last few years and I'm excited to engage in radical participation and hopefully bring a lot more quality contributions to Mozilla. I want to participate in some agile experimentation - I really think we need it because a lot of our efforts over the past couple of years have not yielded the desired results.
