I was wondering if there is a way to get the tab at at the top to go away I didnt have it on the last version and I really dont like it or use tabs.
Also I have the bookmark button on the left side of my tool bar but when I click it it just bring a drop down of my bookmarks and I have to hit view bookmark sidebar. The sidebar use to just open when I hit the bookmark button is there a way to get it back to that set up, I have been unable to find anything yet,

I think it is possible to hide the tabs with custom css, but that’s rather hacky. There is no install and done way to do this as far as I know.
If I unserstand your second question correctly, you want the bookmarks button to toggle the bookmarks sidebar.
Open the main menu, select customize. There you can add and remove buttons to/from the toolbar. Use the sidebar button instead of the bookmarks button.
The sidebar worked thanks. I missed that option when I was looking cause it was already up on the menu bar
