Hi there - really liking the ideas behind the new accessibility testing section of devtools.
However the results for the contrast colours are either wrong, or I’m misunderstanding how they should work.
For example, as seen in the image below. The text appears to be comparing different colours. The black on yellow for the second test is correct and shows good contrast, but the black on black for the first test is not a combination that exists.
Some more general feedback on the feature.
- It would be helpful if selecting a problem in the inspector scrolled to the affected element (assuming the content isn’t hidden)
- I think it would be best if the accessibility for iframed content not on the same domain was ignored (for example: I can’t change embedded twitter feeds so don’t need reports on them).
