Abandoned forum?

These forums seem abandoned.

Categories with latest publications from almost six years ago. Empty categories. Categories discarded or moved, but still open. Spam lifting. Rarely answered posts…

Maybe someone should start closing (or even deleting) those categories/forums. I think it doesn’t help much to see a huge forum with no participation. When participation is so low, it may be better to condense what little there is rather than disperse it.

There was an exercise a few months back to do just that and some forums there were no longer required were closed.

I that the next stage is to tidy up the list where some forums are in the wrong place.

If Mozilla doesn’t require their developers to participate in this forum, it’s not going to be effective, sadly.
