Access to badg.us production server?

I wrote mrz directly, he asked me to post here. I’m part of the Open Badges team. We took responsibility for maintenance of badg.us a few months ago. Community IT is supporting the physical server. I recently ran into an issue troubleshooting a problem for a user that I think is either memcache or database related. I tried to fix it through the badg.us admin panel, but the user is still reporting the issue. I’d like to have access to the server to troubleshoot.
