Access to userChrome.css

Hi everyone

I am new in building addons for Firefox and I am wondering if it is possible to distribute the content of the userChrome.css file via a XPI.

The intention here would be distributing customization without following the steps in Firefox documentation.

You probably need a companion application that your extension would control using native messaging. Maybe like:
