I was very interested to use Discourse, so was looking for making a category. in the procedure, I got that I need to fill a bug which should be restricted. But, as a open source contributor, I believe this type of bug should not be restricted because it does not contain any sensitive issue.
So therefore I hope Community IT team will take proper steps to make the bug not should be “restricted”.

@r_oVhPfcJCUUC5wbm6i4_C2Q - We use the same form for any IT request. We believe these requests are private by default so that domains aren’t sniped. On the Reps end, is there a reason not to open up the other requests?
I think it’s a bugzilla restriction, by default all IT requests are private by default because the same form is used for Discourse categories requests.
I don’t know if default privacy can be changed for bugs in the same component.
