I’m building out some new oncall rotations.

I need to know which times everybody is willing to be paged? If you can give me a daily window that you are willing to take, that’d be awesome :smile:

@mrz and @majken Should incidents automatically route to you if they are not acked after 60 minutes so you can manually hunt people down?

An hour feels too long. If it’s unacknowledged after 15 minutes I should be paged.

I will defer. I think it’s a good idea that I can help track people down, but I am not sure how responsible for this end of things I’d like to be :wink:
