Add some keyboard shortcut to start/ stop recordings, that will reduce the unwanted blank time in the recording.

Shortcuts for recording would be great! Recently we added some for listening. And they’re already being used, despite the info about it being a bit subtle. For recording I think it’d be interesting to also add the shortcut info to the text and see whether more people use it.
