Add on not allowed to install by admin

Hi,
I tried to install some important add ons. But it doesn´t work. I get the error Message “…Tokken Sign in blocked by admin…”. I cannot choose the option Please install.
How can I install the following add ons?
I have the current availibale update of Mozilla Firefox

Add ons:

Token signingvon Raul Metsma, Firefox-Benutzer 12847343, [Kristel]…

and

PKCS11 module loadervon Raul Metsma, Firefox-Benutzer 13803854

Can you please provide more details about the error message, maybe a screenshot? “Blocked by admin” sounds like there’s some restriction in your work/school network preventing you from installing these add-ons.
