Adding Node 16 toolchain support like existing webthingsio/toolchain-linux-arm-node-[10|12|14]

Hi,

I have found toolchains for Node 10,12,14 (ex: https://hub.docker.com/r/webthingsio/toolchain-linux-arm-node-14). I’m trying to use Node 16, can someone point me to the repo/Dockerfile(s) that were used to generate those docker hub images?

No, but I am also now looking for this to try and fix https://github.com/WebThingsIO/zigbee-adapter/issues/343 !

I can’t find the source code these were generated from. Does anyone remember where that is?
