Addon has been disabled

Hello,

My add-on has been disabled because:

"Our review found that your content violates the following Mozilla policy or policies:

  • Other, specifically Issue not covered by other reasons: Please let me know from which add-on you forked this version…"

This is incorrect. As shown in the screenshot I provided the version 9 days ago.

This extension was built using a boilerplate, not forked from any other add-on.

Afterwards, the reviewers stopped responding to my messages and disabled my add-on today.

It’s completely unreasonable to remove it, especially since I provided the information they requested.

Is there any way to get the extension reinstated quickly?

It appears that a reviewer has followed up on this and version 3.4.0 was approved within the last 12 hours. As the reviewer said, apologies for the communication error here.
