I’m having trouble uploading my a new version of the addon I’m working on, I get the following error during validation and the upload progress is stuck at 75% and the following message.
Your add-on failed validation with 1 error.

Huh, weird! Would you mind sharing your add-on ID to help us investigate the issue?
If you haven’t already, please file a bug report on GitHub using the link between the progress bar and the error report. I’ll also drop a message about this in the #amo:mozilla.org room on our Matrix server.
Hi! My addon ID is followall@runbox.com. I’m no longer getting that error but now my source code upload just silently failed with no error in the console and pressing continue did nothing. I have just received an email telling me my addon has been approved even though I don’t think I went through the final submission form page.
It might be down to connection issues my end.
Should I still open a bug report?
