Hi,
I’m having trouble uploading my a new version of the addon I’m working on, I get the following error during validation and the upload progress is stuck at 75% and the following message.
Your add-on failed validation with 1 error.

Huh, weird! Would you mind sharing your add-on ID to help us investigate the issue?
If you haven’t already, please file a bug report on GitHub using the link between the progress bar and the error report. I’ll also drop a message about this in the #amo:mozilla.org room on our Matrix server.
Hi! I’m no longer getting that error but now my source code upload just silently failed with no error in the console and pressing continue did nothing. I have just received an email telling me my addon has been approved even though I don’t think I went through the final submission form page.
It might be down to connection issues my end.
Should I still open a bug report?
It could be a network issue. Still, I think it’s probably best to open a bug report to help track the investigation.
