AMO - publish new version / Can't select platform

Hello,
I try to update one add-on (thunderbird), I’ve been able to upload the new package, but once the automatic review is finished (warnings, no error) I can’t select target platforms.
Hence, I can’t validate and publish the new version (it’s actually a self-published version for staging).

Is there a problem with AMO?

Problem solved - target application ID was wrong in the install.rdf
