i am having trouble make themes on thunderbird anmated since it on 68.x only on thunderbird
is there beta for it?

Have you read the Release Notes for version 68?
Theme support: Only WebExtension themes are supported now. Both addons.mozilla.org and addons.thunderbird.net now provide WebExtension themes.
They probably won’t work in that or any future version.
