Hm… it sounds like a bad UX.
If add-on was available and disabled in post-review, then opening original URL:
should show information about addon being disabled due to post-review.
Right now we have confusing “404 Not Found”:
To be honest, the post-review is quite new and I don’t know how it is implemented.
