Are there unsigned extensions on AMO?

Hello.

I encountered an old extension on AMO, which is unsigned:
https://addons.mozilla.org/pl/firefox/addon/get-file-size/

I thought that all extensions are signed. Why this specific add-an is unsigned?

Are there more of them?

Under what conditions add-on listed on AMO is happening to be not signed?

Add-ons that have very old compatibility (pre-firefox 4, I think) weren’t signed, since they wouldn’t work anyway. They are still present on AMO for historical purposes, though the question of whether they should be there at all has been brought up a few times.
