What I have done:

  • made the links more descriptive
  • gave a heads up about a new tab being opened

What I need help with:

  • the part where it mentions the PDF being 8MB; is there something else I should be doing for the users?
  • the part where it mentions the application being used to open Word

you doing great for the pdf you could add the size of the file so the user know how much data he will need incase if he/she has expensive data cost
