I would appreciate feedback on Task 3 in particular as i am somewhat confused as to when i should use emphasis/importance

All three task are well solved. Congratulations!
Regarding task 3: I like the higher importance (<strong>) on “music” and “friends”. The <strong>s in the second sentence are a bit too much in my opinion. You could use <em> in the second sentence like this: “Someday I might be able …”.
Generally speaking you would use <em> when you’re increasing your voice when reading a sentence aloud. There’s a short comparison on the <strong> article about the difference: <em> vs. <strong>.
