so either we use section or article element which leaves one of them unused. I didn’t find a way to include both elements and have at the same time the desired layout
If you mean when to use it in general, it is a question of knowing in which cases it would be better to know its concept. I’m just starting out so I guess part of our experience will help us recognize when to use one and when to use the other.
It’s not necessary to use both of them. Either one is possible and the two CSS rules are just there to make it work with either of them.
