Hello @galenthurber, you may have fallen victim to this bug if you recently updated the email address on your Mozilla account.

The only workaround would be to change your email back to what it was previously, assuming the issue I linked to above is the culprit here.

Hi, I checked based on the time of your message and found the error in our logs - it is indeed https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/1780. It can happen with very old accounts too.

Put simply, your email address held with your Mozilla account, and the id of the Mozilla account match two different records on addons.mozilla.org, so the login code doesn’t know which is the “correct” one.

The fix is to change your email address on Mozilla accounts to a different one. If you log in to addons.mozilla.org and you have everything you expect, then it’s all good. If however you log in and something is missing then you have to create a new Mozilla account with your g**@gmx.com email address.
