Change to IT managed mailboxes

Hi.

The Community IT used to manage Google hosted domains for Mozilla Communities. I wanted to submit a ticket to do some changes for our community mailboxes, however I only found out that the Jira instance I have in bookmarks is not operational anymore.

What is the current process for requesting changes to community mailboxes hosted on Google?

Hi, please resubmit the request in Jira, it should work now (if it does not, please let me know).
