I’m addon developer and when I release a new version, I want to test/verify it asap on my phone.
But no matter what I try, the update won’t install and often I have to wait till the next day to get the update.
Is there anything I can do to trigger the “Check for updates” feature?
It is once a day if I recall correctly. If you disable and enable the extension I believe it will pull down a fresh version. If you have experimentally tried disable/enable I stand corrected.
Nope, disable + enable won’t help. But that could be one solution to fix it. Probably easier than adding “Check for updates” button.
I’ll create a new issue for that.
