But no, it is not only you, from time to time this comes out for everyone. In the last month we are on the quest to fix all such problems, but this one is still not resolved, a really tough one…

I can see that happens when you are using the speak page. Can you give me some idea how and why this happens so that we can pinpoint it?

  • Does this happen rarely or frequently?
  • Does it correct itself when you refresh the page?
  • Is your Internet connection stable?
  • Did you somehow left the tab open and tried to use it after a long time?

If this happens again, please describe your steps before this happens, so that we can narrow on the bug.

一度Cookieを削除してみたのですがうまくいきませんでした
次の日になると治ることが多いです

Here’s the situation:

  • It happens occasionally.

  • Refreshing the page doesn’t resolve the issue.

  • My internet connection is stable.

  • I haven’t tried leaving the tab open for a while and then using it later.

  • I tried deleting cookies once, but it didn’t work.

  • Usually, the problem is resolved the next day.

I meant the other way around. When you leave the tab open and try to continue in the next day, the server session can be timed out, thus you become unknown to the server, which might return this. One of the things I have in my possible cause list…

  • Usually, the problem is resolved the next day.

It should not take that long :slight_smile: In my experience, in about a minute or so, when you refresh the page, you can continue… Please try this next time…

We need to know exactly when it happens to pinpoint it…

  • Loading the page?
  • Pressing the record button?
  • Submitting recordings?
  • …

And: Is it device specific like the bug report here?
