Hello Reps,

The Council has been listening and actively gathering feedback from Reps about how can we improve the program to be more participative and where everyone can be easily involved in shaping its future.

For that reason we have been working on a SOP to allow anyone inside the program to propose changes and move these proposals forward.

The Council has been also working with mentors to better shape this SOP and before implementing it we would like to get feedback from the rest of the Reps too.

thanks for sharing the document. I really like it.

One point I am missing is: Where would the link to a Community Proposal be published? As email on reps-general, in a Discourse thread, etc?

As per my knowledge,
We will have a SOP on the wiki once approved.
