1. Reps innovation Fund: Detailed Proposal
This week council discussed about detailed proposal of Reps innovation fund. However, the detailed proposal is in progress.
Announcement and initial proposal: The announcement about the Innovation Fund was made to the Reps General list and it was referenced in the discourse thread about connected devices.

Design and Plan your own project
Human centered design course has been suggested to Reps on reps-general list. Course details can be found at this link: https://novoed.com/design-kit-q1-2016/
This would be a great way to see if we can use this approach for finding innovative ideas in the Connecting Device space.
2. Evolution of the Reps program
Council discussed about finalizing the RepsNext proposal. Working groups for the RepsNext proposal are formed and each group now has the owner/s. All the working group proposals are moved to discourse and poll to for the initial meeting of the working group is done.

3. Meeting with Axel and Flod
A meeting was arranged with Axel and Flod during the Leadership Summit Singapore to discuss their planned l10n community meetups for 2016 and how to continue to improve partnership to organize these events. We discussed about this meeting and agreed to take this discussion to the next level to improve the partnership. Minutes of this meeting has been sent to the l10n drivers and participation team.
4. Announcement of new council members
The announcement of new council members Umesh, Faisal, Rara and Arturo is done on reps-general list.
