This time was a quite short meeting, as we have many discussions threads going on and this meeting was mostly a catch-up on what the current status of the projects are and which discussions need to be happening right now. Apart from that we also had a topic to discuss which is internal.
Open Letter
- We are still working on the Open Letter and the perfect format for it.
Meeting Notes
- There are public notes missing from 5 Council meetings from December and January
- We will get these done by the end of this week and publish them on Discourse
Budget
- The voting on the budget allocation for Q1 and Q2 ended and we came to a decision
- We are now creating the communication to make sure that everyone understands the different buckets
- This will be announced soon
Update from OKR Areas
Communication
- Please give us feedback for the newsletter, we would love to hear what you think about the content and design. Also, did it go to spam for you?
Onboarding
- The Webinar script for on-boarding new Reps is finished
- We are currently evaluating different timeslots we are available and then will send out a doodle with a few options to all participants
- The Webinar will be open for everyone to watch on YouTube after we’ve run it
Mobilizer
- With your input in https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/t/reps-as-mobilizers-in-the-mozilla-community/13603 we are drafting a proposal in terms of role definition and responsibilities.
- As we have quite some inactive Reps and Reps who might not feel like mobilizers we will measure that pulse and are working on a proposal on how to do a re-commitment soon.
Resources
- The resources training is finished and is waiting to be published on a learning platform.
- We want to continue the discussion around mobilizers before we start with the training.
- Remember: we have the formality of the Resources track figured out and will be able to start applications once we have this
Coaching
- We are gathering Council feedback on a “self-service” coach training idea Guillermo and others came up with.
Reps Issues on GitHub
We still have all our tasks in the Reps GitHub repository, have a look there to get involved and keep up to date with what we’re up to.
