CSS-Using your new knowledge

Hello everyone,

Hello! I’ve done the skill for"working with CSS", but I don’t know how to deal with the last step" 5. “Make the links green on hover”, so I would like an assesment and some help as well.

Here is my solution for the skill test:

Link for assesment page:https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/CSS/First_steps/Using_your_new_knowledge#assessment_or_further_help

Thanks!

This is the wrong category for this question. Moving it to the right one.

Hello @754194868

you doing great well done just little note here

  1. there typo in css in the h2 selector you write font-style: italic; this is not a semicolon you should replace that with this semicolon ; try to use ide or any editor to help you with those typo issue

  2. also the padding in ul selector has same issue as number 1

  3. this a:link{color: green} will make the link green but you should make the link green only when you hover over it so remove this selector and insert the color: green into you a:hover selector

thanks @fminelli i was going to call 911 worried that @754194868 could be kidnaped :joy:
