I spent a while last night looking for an old site but couldn’t find it in history, so I thought I would look in the cache, but it seems to only save images?
Does Mozilla still cache other file types than images?

Firefox caches a variety of files, but they are difficult to search. How are you exploring the cache – the about:cache page? A third party tool?
firefox cache is better than chrome, and it also depend on server response header that allow to cache file or not
I was looking in the filesystem, but you taught me something new to try!
Where is the source for the cache and network (HTTP/*)?
I’m interested in looking around, but not through a gig or 2 of source?
