Error when configuring profile picture with gravatar & upload

Hi guys,

  1. When I change my profile picture with gravatar, it says:

Sorry, we can’t find any avatar associated with that email address. Can you try uploading it again?

Oh and there is no problem with my gravatar, it works on other sites. Email setting is correct too.

  1. When I change it by uploading, it uploads 100% then it says:

missing credentials, provide credentials with one of the following options:
