I was wondering if there could be a way to modify the event notification so you could choose to set to be reminded of events at a given time of the day instead of a period of time before the event. I would like to be reminded of that days events when I arrive at work at 8 in the morning instead of trying to figure out how many hours before the event 8 in the morning is.
For an individual event, you can choose Custom… in the Reminder drop-down, Add…, and then set a specific time in Reminder Details. I don’t know of a way to make specific times appear in the Reminder dialog.
