can some one give me a estimated time line for this to complete…

My average from this year is ~12 days. But some users here reported a month.
In the meantime you can start working on a new update .
Or try to reduce number of warnings the linter gives you, I want to believe it helps the reviewer… 
NOTE: you can run linter also locally with web-ext lint
