Eyedropper shows wrong colours

Hi!
Since last two Firefox Developer Edition updates or so, eyedropper shows different color from the real one.
As an example, color #1a4270 becomes #263871. When tried Firefox 76.01, it shows the right colour.

Interesting regression, maybe color profiles have something to do with this.

Since you captured all the required information for an issue report already, could you help by filing a bug here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=DevTools&component=Inspector

I started a bug request when Bugzilla showed me that there were already other bug reports about this issue. The one that solved it for me is 1638084:

  • Go to about:config
  • Set gfx.color_management.mode to 0
