I have always used, and very satisfied, Mozilla Firefox as my only browser! Not long ago it became impossible to view a .pdf file sent in company emails (invoices, invoices, etc.) BEFORE simply downloading it with the risk of a fake file virus! So I decided to test: 1. Disable firewall and antivirus (Symantec Norton 360 of which I only use antivirus) - Updated to the latest version. 2. Disable Zone Alarm Firewall Pro - Updated in the latest version. 3. Disable Firefox Extensions. 4. NOTHING resolved the reported issue! 5. So I decided to activate Microsoft’s “Edge” browser and test with it to access emails and TRY TO VIEW .pdf attachment… ** Mystery or Bug or ‘plot’??? WITH “Edge” I’m able to view the content of the .pdf files without having to download them! *** What happens? Mozilla bug? Microsoft blocking the address used in “Hotmail” ? Microsoft blocking use of Firefox? # Windows 10 PRO Operating System - version 21H2, official and updated! # Firefox (since version 102 and also 103) The ‘problem’ occurs!!! # Symantec Norton Antivirus 360 version 22.22.1.58 updated and official - paid. #Firewall Zone Alarm version 158_200_19118 - official, updated and paid. PLEASE check, help.

Sempre usei, e muito satisfeito, o Mozilla Firefox como único navegador!
Há pouco tempo ficou impossível visualizar arquivo .pdf enviado em e-mails de empresas (faturas, notas fiscais, etc) ANTES de simplesmente fazer download com o risco de vírus em arquivo falso!
Aí resolvi testar:
- Desativar firewall e antivírus (Symantec Norton 360 do qual uso somente o antivírus) - Atualizados na última versão.
- Desativar o Zone Alarm Firewall Pro - Atualizado na última versão.
- Desativar Extensões de firefox.
- NADA resolveu a questão relatada!
- Então resolvi ativar o navegador “Edge” de Microsoft e testar com ele acessar emails e TENTAR VISUALIZAR anexo .pdf…
** Mistério ou Bug ou ‘trama’??? COM o “Edge” estou conseguindo visualizar o conteúdo dos arquivos .pdf sem ter que fazer download dos mesmos!
*** O que ocorre? Bug de Mozilla? Bloqueio de Microsoft no endereço usado em “Hotmail” ? Microsoft bloqueando uso de Firefox?
Sistema Operacional Windows 10 PRO - versão 21H2, oficial e atualizado!
