I think it’s a matter of opinion. I don’t particularly feel it’s too busy. Perhaps those that do would just prefer the animation to be on one side and not tiled across the whole area. 
Being on the Recommended list is a good thing.
Does the recommended button mean that someone at Mozilla has manually reviewed and made it recommended or is it just algorithm based
