This idea is based on Activities from Plasma5.
In my opinion, Firefox should allow to enable/disable addons and change elements on toolbars on the fly, when user change a tab. When user change tab from entertainment into work, developer tool will be enabled/loaded and placed on toolbar (this is done, because user is a web developer) for example.
