Fix Needed: Incorrect 'No Clips' Warning in Uyghur Audio Validation Process

Hi,

We have encountered an issue with the Uyghur language clip validation process. Although there are approximately 80 hours of clips remaining for validation, users are encountering a problem after validating only 5 sentences.

Specifically, after validating 5 sentences, users receive a warning stating “no more clips for validation.” While refreshing the page does allow users to access the next 5 sentences, this workaround significantly reduces the efficiency of our validators.

This issue is severely impacting the productivity of our validation team. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem to ensure a smoother and more efficient validation process for the Uyghur language clips.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution that allows validators to continue their work without frequent interruptions?

I think @bozden reported this issue on GitHub some time ago - it affects all languages, I believe.

This is finally fixed by https://github.com/common-voice/common-voice/pull/4608.
Currently it works without any interruptions, even after 24-25 recordings.
