Fullpage Screenshots (long ones) with high dpr values: Limit hit at 1536×10000

I don’t even know where this comes from, I’m curious about how that limit was set, where it was set and if we can do anything to change it manually?

Some of it seems to may have something to do with RAM usage…
But I think that limit applies wether or not RAM is available…

I was using dpr 3 on a really long page…
images are meant to go into an NFT…
so they’re supposed to look “HD” or high res.

I wasn’t looking to manually create a new build of Firefox…
I was sorta hoping to find something in about:config

But I guess this wouldn’t be something that would
just change from one day to another… who knows (I don’t)

I’m currently using Nightly by the way…
but this has been an “issue” in all versions of Firefox
that I can recall… if it can even be considered an isssue.
Feels like a “wontfix” one if so. Or “cantfix” or something like that…

This forum isn’t very active and postings here often don’t get useful responses.

Two ways to make suggestions to Mozilla:
• Suggest the idea with Mozilla Connect. https://connect.mozilla.org/
• Report the issue in Bugzilla. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/home

I suggest trying the more active discussion rooms on the Matrix. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Matrix
There’s even a room for #Nightly discussions.
