The following changes have been pushed to bugzilla.mozilla.org:
- Bug 1979126 - Bug reminders are showing the run date in the users timezone when it will really run at a date in UTC
- Bug 1980976 - When removing a reviewer rotation group from reviewer list, add the group to the subsrcriber list
