Continuing the discussion from Heartbeat for Discourse?:
Besides Heartbeats for Discourse, there are probably Heartbeat style projects we should be working on for Community Ops in general. Some brainstorming:
- We have an old action item about doing some study to find out what successful community sites have in common.
- Default site template
- We realized we have a need for this for either new communities starting out, or for sites that get abandoned
Those two tie together actually, the default site template would partially be identifying a MVP for a community website.
Any other ideas?
