When I first uploaded the extension, the text in the add-ons manager became the “summary” + “description” inputs from the product page. However, even after uploading a new version, the description changes on the product page but not in the add-ons manager.
I don’t know why but it takes a long time to update it. So just be patient 
.
Also who knows how many people is actually viewing and reading it after they already installed it…
