How do I navigate to a bookmark in Firefox from another program?

I’m not sure if this is even the correct forum for this, but here goes.

I have a game I like to play and I need to be able to navigate to a folder on the bookmark toolbar in Firefox and I haven’t been able to figure out how to find it.
