How do I stop paying for Owl?

Just seen I have a payment taken on my CC when I no longer use Thunderbird and haven’t since last summer. Can’t for the life of me see how to stop them taking payment. BTW I don’t have access to the original email and don’t remember the log in details

Anybody know how?

I know nothing about OWL, but have you contacted the organisation that produce it?

I have the same problem as christinehurst above. Never used this app (OWL) yet I’m being billed for it. Solution? Thanks, Will James

@cosmicwilljames Visit this link: https://www.beonex.com/owl/user/ and then enter in the email address tied to the Owl purchase. Follow the instructions and you will have an option to cancel subscription.
